1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from EOBO LAB at eobo.store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Descriptions

In accordance with FTC Jewelry Guides:

  • All diamonds are laboratory-grown (lab-created), physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds
  • Metal purity is accurately disclosed (18k solid gold / Au750; 18k Gold Vermeil / 925 sterling silver base with 18k gold plating ≥2.5 microns; PT950 platinum)
  • Carat weights and specifications are stated as accurately as possible
  • Products listed as including an IGI certificate will include one upon delivery

We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify — we do not store full card details
  • Bespoke deposit requirements:
    • Configure & Replicate: 50% non-refundable deposit
    • Create (original design): 80% non-refundable deposit
  • Customers must explicitly confirm deposit non-refundability before payment is processed
  • Remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipment

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund including any shipping fees paid within 7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Governed by our Shipping Policy. If we cannot fulfill within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer a full refund. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy, compliant with FTC regulations and applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

7. Bespoke Orders

By placing a bespoke order, you acknowledge:

  • The deposit is non-refundable once production begins
  • All design specifications must be confirmed in writing before production starts
  • EOBO LAB is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from customer-approved designs
  • Production timelines are estimates
  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge
  • Design copyright remains with EOBO LAB; the customer receives full personal usage rights to their commissioned piece

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of EOBO LAB. Bespoke designs created for customers: design copyright belongs to EOBO LAB; customers receive full personal usage rights to their commissioned piece.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration under applicable U.S. law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law.

12. Changes to Terms

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
