Three easy ways: measure a ring that already fits using our printable size guide; wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimeters; or visit any local jeweler for a quick sizing. We list U.S. sizes with international conversions on every ring page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Each product page lists the exact length, and some of our necklaces include an extender chain. You can wear them at multiple lengths — at the collarbone, mid-chest, or layered in between. If you'd like help choosing a length for a neckline or occasion, just ask us.
Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper) snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone, then add about half an inch (1.5 cm) for a comfortable fit — or a full inch if you prefer a looser drape. Compare with the length listed on the product page.
No problem — size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Email support@eobo.store with your order number and the size you need, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Please note engraved pieces can't be exchanged, so double-check sizing before personalizing.
Not at the moment — instead, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days, which gets a perfectly fitting ring on your finger faster than a resize would. If you're outside the 30-day window, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
When in doubt: necklaces and earrings are size-free. For rings, a sneaky option is to borrow a ring they already wear and match it against our size guide. And remember — exchanges are free, so a close guess is good enough.
