Do orders come gift-ready?

Every EOBO order arrives in our signature gift box — designed to be given, no extra wrapping required.

Can I include a gift note?

Yes. Add your message in the gift note field at checkout and we'll include it with the order. Prices are never printed on the packing slip included in the box.

Can I ship a gift directly to the recipient?

Of course — just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Use the billing address for your own card details, add a gift note, and we'll handle the rest.

Can gifts be exchanged?

Yes — gift recipients can exchange or receive store credit within 30 days of delivery with the order number or gift receipt. We won't notify the giver.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

We do. Digital gift cards arrive by email within minutes, never expire, and can be used on anything in the store. When you truly can't decide, it's the one gift that's always the right size.
