Warranty & Repairs

What does the EOBO warranty cover?

Every EOBO piece is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within that year — a stone that loosens, a clasp that fails, a setting that gives way under normal wear — we'll repair it free of charge, and we'll cover shipping both ways. Just reach out and we'll make it right.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers how your piece was made, not everything that can happen to it. It doesn't cover lost or stolen items, normal wear such as surface scratches or a bent ring band, discoloration caused by chemicals or improper storage, accidental damage, or any piece that has been altered or repaired outside of EOBO.

I damaged my jewelry myself. Can you still fix it?

In most cases, yes — and we'd much rather repair your piece than see it retired to a drawer. Send photos of the damage to support@eobo.store and our team will assess it and send you a repair quote for approval before any work begins. For out-of-warranty repairs, a service fee applies and shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility.

How do I make a warranty or repair request?

Email support@eobo.store with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (or a short video). We'll respond within one business day with next steps. Please don't ship anything to us before receiving return instructions.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks of receiving your piece, including return shipping. If your repair will take longer — for example, if a component needs to be remade — we'll let you know upfront.

Can I have my EOBO piece repaired by a local jeweler?

We'd advise against it. Work done by a third party voids your EOBO warranty, and outside jewelers may not have the right components for our settings. Send it home to us instead — we know your piece best.

A stone fell out of my jewelry. What now?

If it happens within your first year under normal wear, that's a workmanship issue — we'll replace the stone and repair the setting free of charge, shipping included. Outside the warranty period or in cases of accidental damage, we'll assess the piece and send you a quote. Either way, email us photos and we'll take it from there.
